We goin’ south of the border tonight!

It was Saturday night and let’s be honest, we needed a pick-us-up to get goin’ after a long day of homework aka procrastinating homework. So we decided to make dinner a little fiesta for ourselves! We took out some ground beef and grilled those bad boys with some taco seasoning. Plopped ’em on some sourdough with olive oil and pepper flakes. While nem burgers were cooking, we cooked some rice and then fried it in some left over chorizo. Of course various seasonings and hot sauces were added to the fried rice. I’ll admit it wasn’t as wild as we hoped but our spirits were lifted and ready for the night!
